Last weekend, we installed the version 1.7.0 of our Augmented Reality platform i40-Portal without interrupting the availability of the system. Besides a few minor bug fixes, it provides numerous adjustments to the user interface and the workflow. All information and links to news, the help pages, ongoing surveys, etc. now come together on the new homepage. The tutorials have been improved and extended with short information for users working with the system for the first time.

And: Via the Microsoft HoloLens the so-called reverse connection establishment is now possible. This allows to quickly establish connections, e.g. with a supplier, and the expert on the opposite side only needs a web browser to view the live image of the HoloLens.
